[M3devel] package test failures on birch: duplicate libodbc

We've got two failures for package tests on birch that don't show up
on FreeBSD:

I think Jay already mentioned that there might be a conflict.

Any objections to rename the m3 library?

I think I'll just try it and see what happens...
