[M3devel] prelim results on Vista

I tried building on Vista using the approach I outlined earlier, taking into account the config stuff you relayed to me.  Thanks.  
 
I started with your d5.8.2 minimal binary install, fixed up the config stuff, and built the "min" packages, twice over.
I succeeded in building the minimal installation (no fatal errors reported).
 
Then, when trying to build everything, I ran into problems.  See the list below.
 
The first package to run into problems (aside from m3cc, which seems to be expected to fail on Windows) is m3-libs\sysutils.  The errors stem from a missing Utypes interface.  See below:

Any ideas on how to resolve?
