Jay that's pretty nifty. The "cross" part of the build went fine (I
figured out your config thing too), but it dies on the target:

as PolyBasis.ms -o PolyBasis.ms.o
as Main.is -o Main.is.o
as WeakRef.ms -o WeakRef.ms.o
as Word.ms -o Word.ms.o
as Long.ms -o Long.ms.o
gcc -g -fPIC -c hand.c -o hand.c.o
gcc -g -fPIC -c dtoa.c -o dtoa.c.o
gcc -g -fPIC -c libgcc.c -o libgcc.c.o
gcc -g -fPIC -c RTLinkerC.c -o RTLinkerC.c.o
gcc -g -fPIC -c RTOSmmap.c -o RTOSmmap.c.o
gcc -g -fPIC -c RTSignalC.c -o RTSignalC.c.o
RTSignalC.c: In function 'GetPC':
RTSignalC.c:91: error: 'struct mcontext' has no member named 'sc'

Am I perhaps using a hopeless version of OS X?
