and surely all the rest contain links to CVS files, of suspicious utility, that are actually dead.

The links there to browse source don't work, er, at least specifically the first three -- m3core, m3cc, import-libs. Several others do work. Some have the CVS files, some don't.
There are some unusual manual page links..which aren't exactly broken, but oddly placed and inconsistent.
 
"Some Useful odula-3 Interfaces" is missing the M in Modula-3 (still in collection-core.html).
 
 
The first link in:
http://www.opencm3.net/releng/collection-obliq.html
 
doesn't work, to polymtl.
 
 
Much more to check, there's a lot of new stuff and/or stuff I've never looked at...
