CM3 and PM3 are two separate repositories. SRC never used CVS for M3
version control (don't exactly know how they did managed the sources).
PM3 was created by Michel Dagenais as an open source continuation of
SRC M3, while CM3 started as a commercial product and was later open
sourced.
