[M3devel] Status of threads for RC4?

Activity has ceased on the list and the CM3 repository, but I'm not
sure about the state of the thread system on Windows and POSIX
(here at least on OpenBSD).

Are further improvements to be expected?
Do we know the reason for the non-termination of p007 on OpenBSD?

A short update would be great.
