[M3devel] @M3CheckShape?

Debugging Juno on Win32..I found that some apps fail if you specify @M3CheckShape.

Verified with Juno and mentor on I386_DARWIN.

The error is that VBT.FatalError is not in the RAISES list.

But that only occurs if the exception is raised, right?

Is the check wrong or other code wrong?
