[M3devel] Status of threads for RC4?

Linux/x86 and OpenBSD/x86 are back on.
I'll spend a few minutes see if I can get the stacks.

I didn't deliberately turn anything off but indeed I can see that some machines are not accessible and some are. I'll look at them later.
