[M3devel] Broken CVS head

Jay, CVS head is broken right now because of your changes to m3core/ 
src/float/m3makefile and m3core/src/Csupport/m3makefile.  I'm not sure  
if this is because I have an old config file or what, but it looks  
like the quake function "FileExists" is not defined anywhere.  Just as  
a courtesy to others, please try to test commits before pushing them  
to the CVS head.  At minimum, one should be able to build the head  
without errors.
