[M3devel] Mentor error on LINUXLIBC6

This is strange. mentor should be built standalone.
Is build_standalone() broken on LINUXLIBC6?

And I don't see a direct obliq dependency. Ah, that's in
src/minimax/m3makefile; I've probably missed it when extracting the
dependencies.
