[M3devel] web page messed up

In IE, I see a box on the home page with horizontal and vertical scroll
bars. Inside the box it has News items. This box doesn't appear to be
resizable, so it is much smaller than the rest of the window when the
window is maximized. Not sure if this is the desired behavior, but I
don't like it. I also don't like the sea-sick green color scheme. IMO
it is harder to read the text. I liked the prior "yellow and white"
scheme better than this one. But, you won't please everybody no matter
what you do. To me the most important thing now is content, so you
haven't heard me complaining about the colors (at least not until now,
sorry).

On Firefox on Vista, the News box has same behavior as in IE.

It displays OK for me using Firefox and Opera. What's the problem?
I won't say it looks good, but it displays its info ;-)

Copy the file to the web servers root on birch. However, only do this
if you are really sure (locally tested etc.). It's the same procedure
as for the releng packages, only the path is shorter.
