[M3devel] more package tests regression

I just fixed "my part".
It is to get "your part" to work -- date +%s on Solaris. If your part isn't needed, definltely
delete it and mine.
If you want yours though, give mine another change please, thanks.
Or if it is optional, maybe just enable it on non-Solaris systems (`uname` = "SunOS")?
