[M3devel] the checked in .html files vs. $Id and such

Some of the checked in generated .html files only vary because they use $Id-type stuff -- $Log or such.

We should remove those, so the files aren't always stale.

There's over 90 of these in m3-comm/events. Needs some scripting to remove.

I suggest throw out the lines between "created" and "history", and throw out empty history.

 "history" is actually "abstract" and worth keeping when it isn't empty.
