[M3devel] Hudson/CVS/Tag release

We should delete these checkouts/workspaces to remove any doubt about targeting head?
(just the last two, mainly, but the timestamps being back in July is a bit off)
I was looking into the:

cvs update: use `cvs add' to create an entry for `m3-sys/m3cc/gcc/INSTALL'
cvs update: use `cvs add' to create an entry for `m3-sys/m3cc/gcc/fixincludes'

stuff, which I've been cleaning up just by deleting.
