ok, I cloned boot-ppc-linux and this worked:

http://hudson.modula3.com:8080/job/boot-i386-netbsd/5/console

I had to:
 - remove the branch
 - change my /cm3 to not delegate to CVS (run scripts/python/make-dist-cfg.py)
 - not sure, but the config files still weren't there, maybe I had to rerun it, maybe I had mkdir config and that stopped
the copying on subsequent run, I deleted the empty dir and reran

We'll see how this goes:

http://hudson.modula3.com:8080/job/cm3-current-m3cc-I386_NETBSD/1/console

Somewhat tedious point and click and type here but not terrible.
