ok should be better now, I only tested LINUXLIBC6 5.4.0 to current.

I can look at and fix more later.

But this is "controversial" stuff and has to end somewhere.

I can build current release from LINUXLIBC6 release 5.4.0 now.
Some of the fixes are applicable to PPC_LINUX.
I can test it against an older release.
 
I could probably easily make it work back to older versions and more targets.
 I had removed some of the workarounds, but they were fairly clean.
 Stuff like not using -m32 on older cm3cg, etc.
 
You cannot build current m3core/libm3 with old cm3 or old cm3cg.
I used "upgrade.py" which foists current config files on older compiler, and, you know, doesn't build m3core/libm3 until after it has a current compiler.
