[M3devel] LONGINT and LONGCARD

Support for these is now more complete.
More probably needs to be done w.r.to pickles, stable, sharedobj, netobj, etc. to handle variations in target implementations (NT386 using the integrated backend currently treats LONGINT/LONGCARD as 32 bits, whereas all other targets using the gcc-based backend treat LONGINT/LONGCARD as 64 bits).

For example:  there are no Longint/Longcard variants of In/OutInteger and In/OutCardinal in PickleStubs.m3.  Rodney?
