doextract_mn, doextract_n, insert_mn, insert_n

 


We don't *really* need any of these in M3CG.i3.
They make it easier for the backend to optimize,
but the integrated backend *always* optimizes
as well as these allow for.

 


I noticed in the frontend that its helper function Insert_mn (capital I)
is never used, because GenInsert.mg fails to do the
optimizations that GenExtract.mg does.
