[M3devel] NT386 builds fail on m3cc, was: Fwd: Re: elego-win-vm again

It seems that current tries to build m3cc for NT386, which it shouldn't
do and therefore fails.

Why has this been changed?

Well, the vm is alive again, but the cm3-current-build-NT386 job is
dying here:
