[M3devel] NT386 builds fail on m3cc, was: Fwd: Re: elego-win-vm again

I had churned sysinfo.sh a lot in head. With some reason -- it was confusing when
  it was defaulting stuff vs. when it was deciding stuff that should affect defaulting.
I made it first decide TARGET, then decide what follows from target. It should be clearer now.
There was an obvious problem though. if xFOO = BAR instead of xFOO = xBAR or FOO=BAR.
And an unclear part, given my ignorance of sh, if the spaces mean anything in a case. Both fixed.
We'll see.


FilterPackages isn't entirely relevant. UsePackage is similar, and used.
 (I looked at the release console output to get some hints.)
