[M3devel] NT386 64bit LONGINT sub range checks oops

Just a note that subrange checking of 64bit LONGINT is broken on NT386.

  I just noticed.

 

64bit LONGINT should work to a very large extent though.
This is the only problem I know of.

I'll look into it soon.
