[M3devel] user vs. kernel

I am following this thread, and I have just few points to highlight:

1. battle user vs. kernel threads was finished long time ago. let's not
pull back Modula-3 back where it was before last few years of
development by doing things backward; 

2. bias et al is nice thing, and I believe we will have it in no time;
as compared to total development time of cm3.
