If we can reproduce this, we should fix it; if not, I'd say this
isn't relevant for the release.

We can try to use a cvsupd from the release branch on birch serving the cm3
repository on a different port. Let's see if that works. Maybe tonight.

I thought Randy was going to do some more testing. If the m3back LONGINT
changes don't break anything else, I'd be for just merging them to the
branch and see if the builds and tests succeed. Of course testing with
some other real applications would be great, but we must not delay
endlessly for that.

I'd rather not touch the NT386 setup on our virtual machine;
perhaps you could provide another machine to run the Hudson jobs
with a different Microsoft tools setup?

Is this relevant for the release? Or can we just ignore it?
