Got through this... phew... :)

As I am using Shining Light OpenSSL-Win32 port, I jad to get through
with options... Pretty obvious except part where if \\ used
in /LIBPATH:, openssl lib compiles and ships but client apps does not -
there is no \ in sight.

Solution is - even when making m3makefile for Win32 - use / as path
separator.
