[M3devel] GCC version, danger zone

GNU Pascal team capitulated on GCC backend, due to galloping changes GCC
team is making.
SRC people fixed SRCM3 on particular GCC release just because their
change rate is rampant.
Let's be careful to not go way of GNU Pascal -> way of dodo. Please!
