[M3devel] CM3 CVS mirror for test

Hi,

I've now converted the four cm3-current-*-LINUXLIBC6 jobs to use
the CVS repository at :pserver:anonymous at cm3cvs.acme-works.com/usr/cvs,
which should be synchronized with the repo on birch every half hour.

A first build run has shown that either Hudson updates the CVS/Root
files correctly or does a complete new checkout, so we don't need to
update the workspaces manually.

When more Hudson clients are available again, we should change two
or three more to use the mirror.
