If you've got the change in a workspace checked out via cvs/ssh, you just
need to call `cvs commit' or `cvs commit -m "some meaningful log message"'.
I assume that you have ssh access to m3.elegosoft.com.
If not, Mike can set it up for you if you provide a key, or I can commit
your changes if there are only a few of them.
