[M3devel] first tests, cvs2svn

I did initial conversion, just to try it and see what happens.

Initial size (CVS repo is: cca 2.1GB,
Resulting size is: 661MB,
tmp space used: under 600MB
time used (on a core duo 2.4GHz box): as per table attached

I had two collisions from Attic files, deleted them. Another problem was encoding ambiguity, solved it with additional switches. 

I am currently checking all of it out, and then I will compare it with a CVS full checkout. More on this in next post.
