[M3devel] Another CVS problem: adding a new file

As we are witnessess in this thread, every system has its quirks, and there is no system without need-to-learn. So does cvs, and svn and git… But they are all alive and kicking, and monotone looks like it is not.

So, git for cm3 it is? :)
