The problem on that build farm always was the missing direct CVS access. There used to be
that proxy server; I don't know if it's still up.

I'm not sure if there are any bootstrap packages for 64 bit; maybe you need to do the initial bootstrap manually.
An initial environment needs to be setup for Hudson, see

for example.
