core RT is different fundamentally of that proposition, e.g:

Please, we should keep improving this instead of not allowing changes or removing
it without notice.

GPL # BSD.
We should minimize GPL stuff where we are unable to eliminate.

It's related to those dollar sign thingies. We could just remove them entirely.
I found a form that doesn't break, though not clear I'm getting the intended content.
