[M3devel] pickle2 compilation error

I'm getting a compilation error for pickles v2 on Windows XP:

unable to open file for reading: ..\src\pickle\ver2\PklFpMap.i3: ErrorCode=2: The system cannot find the file specified.

I've updated from head branch, so perhaps this is due to a recent change.
