[M3devel] use CM3_INSTALL_PREFIX to ship to a different target

  As far as I have tested it cm3 -ship ignores CM3_INSTALL_PREFIX so 
that I can not ship to any directory different from /usr/local/cm3. I 
always had a different source and target compiler in the times when I 
was working with PM3 so that things could not get messed up easily. On 
desire I could compile the compiler with itself.
So in a short: Is there any way to make cm3 ship to another directory 
than /usr/local/cm3 but still compile with /usr/local/cm3
Sorry; I haven` t found out yet how to do that. Perhaps it simply was 
not implemented.
