[M3devel] Build failure in regressions

This should be fixed now.
There is still a dependency on m3core being somewhat up to date.
If the dependency is still too much, I can recopy the stuff back to mklib like it was there.
Or we can skip mklib when not targeting/booting for NT. It is only used for NT targets.
I would like to get rid of it, and use native link /lib instead, but mklib also writes the .def files.
That should be moved to m3front/m3middle/m3back I think.
