[M3devel] Not getting github notifications

After a lot of poking around in github.com/modula3, it is apparent that there
has been some activity that I hadn't heard about.  I have, for some time, had
my account set up so that (I thought) I would get generated emails for pushes
to the repository.  But apparently, it only works when _I_ push, which, of
course, is not big news to me.

I also tried adding m3commit at elegosoft.com to the list of email addresses to
be sent to, but that one doesn't come through at all.

Any advice?
