[M3devel] M3Mid/M3Middle?

I need a place to put stuff shared by backend and frontend.
I believe the package for that is m3middle.

But there is no miscelleanous module.

M3Misc?
M3Mid?
M3Middle?

The initial use is only temporary -- a boolean to indicate to remove target from some strings that don't have a strict definition -- like those generic source paths.

M3Middle ok?

None of the existing modules in the package seem right.
