Regression framework, understood.
Binary distribution for other purposes, debatable.
I think the install-less one should suffice.
Hard to see how the install-less one isn't easily adapted to the regression frameworks, but indeed I have not gotten them to run yet. I leave it to you. :)
Maybe a little easier to change the root of the extraction to just be "cm3" instead of cm3-platform-date?
 
Anyway, I won't delete them.
I can run the tests in m3-sys/m3tests, which is useful to resolve problems.
There are crashes there. I see crashes on LINUXLIBC6 too. I don't think these are new, and will continue to lazily get around to them.
Unless they are regressions, then less lazily. :)
