Log message:
	cast st_size to with ORD and VAL(off_t) as needed to compile
	in this case Unix/*.i3 is certainly right in using LONGINT,
	to allow for >4gig files on 32bit platforms, and cvsup is
	probably ok to use INTEGER, assuming files in CVS are
	always under 4gig, at least on 32bit systems
