	deal more with
	st_size (cheat a little less, but ultimately still truncate to integer)
	st_ino (always 64bits)
	gettimeofday (use NIL instead of VAR tz)
	st_mtime (always 64bit LONGINT, wishful thinking?)
	Ugrp (provide space for copy)
	
	FileAttr compiles now
