Log message:
	Account for NT386 and NT386GNU clashing over /cm3/lib/hand.obj,
	which should probably be moved.
	
	As well, this will be needed for any 32bit system that doesn't
	use gcc as the compiler/linker (AIX, HP-UX, IRIX, etc.).
	
	It is already needed/used by SOLsun.
