	#define LANG_HOOKS_CALLGRAPH_EXPAND_FUNCTION tree_rest_of_compilation
	instead of via m3_expand_function (tree fndecl)
	
	all versions:
	use default alias langhook, that returns -1, instead of our
	own that returns 0
	not tested
