[M3devel] A note on building m3gdb

If you don't have a working flex installed, you may get a failure
trying to build m3gdb, complaining about not being able to
regenerate ada-lex.c.  If this happens, try doing, in the
cm3 directory:

touch m3-sys/m3gdb/gdb/gdb/ada-lex.c

and rebuilding.
