[M3devel] strange... And also some CM3isms

  One of packages was left behind while rebuilding... Of course there is
no m3gcdefs in cm4 cvshead...

Long ago I remember reading about runtime errors being exceptions (in
CM3) and also RETURN and EXIT.... Is there some example code on how to
use this?
