I've moved cm3/scripts/pkgs to cm3/scripts/pkgs-obsolete on birch.
This will break existing workspaces which contain it; you'll
have to remove and update it, or edit CVS/Entries.

If you use -P for checkout and update, empty directories will be
removed on-the-fly.
