CM3 never had a working NT386GNU target, though PM3 had. It would be
great, as this is a POSIX system running on Windows (based on Cygwin32).

Some years ago, when I still had a working NT system, I could never
get cm3cg backends based on anything above gcc 2.95 to work on Cygwin.
They always produced segmentation violations. But I haven't tried for
many years now, so things may have changed.
