I was stuck on the use of "ln".
I know, it should be easy, just copy stuff..or use Cygwin ln, but it kept not working and I moved on for now.
I know it's an easy thing but I was being lazy and there are alternatives if it languishes long, I can try on Mac, or PPC_LINUX (which has other problems perhaps that need working out, maybe just that dynamic linking is broken, I put it in hold for now).

Agreed! Or, for tests failing on all systems, I can use non-Windows.

I've heard this many times already. :)
I am taking my time. You have not seen my hurry. And you hopefully never will. :)
