I can try to fix that. Let me know of anything else that does not work

You need to set DYLD_LIBRARY_PATH to m3test/PPC_DARWIN for Darwin,
as there's a local library which gets used in all tests. Dynamic
linking seems to work differently on Darwin from most other Unix
systems I know.
