[M3devel] Checkins

I checked the web pages. The one error I saw a few times was:
 
4549  NEXT    Fatal Error: unable to open file for reading: ../src/os/POSIX/ProcessPosixCommon.i3: errno=2
which I fixed a while ago, had forgotten cvs add.
 
Or, oh, actually..I might have been bitten by my own attempt to do things efficiently and correctly (er..).
 
 cvs dif > \diff.txt 
 findstr RCS \diff.txt  > \opened.txt 
 paste those files into a cvs commit line..but adds aren't there darn.
 
My PPC_DARWIN build is working.
