[M3devel] Tinderbox tests on NT386

Olaf, You have p137 failing now, which is/was consistent with me.And still p051 failing for you. I fixed that, but the fix is half in NT386.common, and half in m3tests. You take that for each build? The situation there is/was kind of unfortunate -- all compiler output is quashed, errors and all.
If we could have per-platform std* files, this would be one to do that for. You know, if stdout.pgm.PLATFORM exists, use it, otherwise stdout.pgm. Problem is whenever the output changes, updating them all.
