[M3devel] installation archives for AMD64_LINUX for test and tinderbox status

I've made some small extensions to the installer and to the packaging
script make-bin-dist-min.sh (which is now wrongly named), so that
they both use Jay's new style config files by default. The old behaviour
is still available with some switches.

The archives are in the uploaded-archives section of www.opencm3.net:

I haven't really tested them; would anybody care to try one of these?

They are rather huge; one contains the core distribution and one the
complete std package set in binary format. But it seems to be
consensus that large archives containing everything is preferred
to small archives with more complex installation.

I know that the cminstall program doesn't now do much except copying
the files to their destination and checking for diskspace (which may
still be wrong, by the way), but it still _could_ also perform
customizations and install patches etc. So it's no big overhead,
and this way the migration will be easier especially regarding the
automated regression scripts.

If nobody objects, we can use these for a new release in some weeks.
If you think this isn't really useful, please don't hesitate to say so,
too.

Regarding tinderbox, I haven't been able to log into the administration
pages yet, but Michael will surely fix that today. Some basic things
are working, but some documentation and configuraion seems to be lost.
I'll see what I can restore. I'll be on holiday starting tomorrow,
but I'll take my notebook with me and hope for some good connections ;-)

CVSup isn't installed yet, which is why the FreeBSD tests from Elego
are still missing. Michael will probably work on it next week.
